Sally D. Fassler

SALLY D. FASSLER is a managing director, chief financial officer and risk and oversight committee member for Sankaty Advisors, the credit affiliate of Bain Capital.  Fassler joined Sankaty Advisors in 2006 and has worked to help grow the firm into a leading global credit specialist with approximately $24 billion in assets under management. Fassler has a deep commitment to community service and her work spans many organizations.  She serves on the boards of City Year and The TRIAD Trust, an organization focused on reducing the incidence of AIDS-related deaths.  She co-leads the Maccabi Games, an international multi-sport community service project held quadrennially in Israel.  She is actively involved in supporting the National MS Society, the Center for Family Representation and Surfer’s Healing, an organization that seeks to enhance the lives of children with autism. Fassler earned an M.B.A from Northeastern University and a B.A. from Brandeis University. @sankatygroup
