Adrienne Dawson

ADRIENNE DAWSON is the head of diversity, equity, and inclusion for North America at Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany. Dawson is responsible for driving the implementation of the organization’s global DE&I strategy in the US and Canada. Prior to her current role, Dawson led the North America customer care organization for MilliporeSigma. Over the course of her career, she has also held various positions in operations and HR and has helped to found and lead several employee resource groups focusing on gender and ethnicity. Dawson holds a bachelor of science degree in human resources management from Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville, IL. @emdgroup
