Moderator | Essential Labor: What Caregivers Really Need from Workplaces
ALBA KIIHL is the head of compliance risk testing at State Street, leading a global team responsible for the design and execution of independent compliance testing across the firm. She is a member of the Latin Leaders Cohort at State Street, a group comprised of the most senior Latinx leaders supporting initiatives geared towards equity and inclusion in the workplace, and sits on the Board of Directors for the Center for Health and Learning (CHL), a non-profit organization focused on mental health and suicide prevention. Prior to joining State Street, Kiihl performed a variety of compliance, risk, and audit roles within both a consulting firm and retail bank. Kiihl was raised in Brazil, where she earned a BA in psychology. She subsequently earned a Masters in management from Harvard Extension School, and holds a number of professional certifications.
