Alice Lin

ALICE LIN is the director of advanced analytics for the US specialty lines & Canada claims organization of global risk solutions at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where she leads a team that focuses on delivering data-driven insights to support best-in-class outcomes and provide senior leaders a deep understanding of the operational health of their claims organizations. Lin serves as the national co-chair on the executive board of Liberty Mutual’s Leading and Empowering Asian & Ally Professionals (LEAAP) employee resource group. She leads the LEAAP leadership team to create awareness of the Asian experience and facilitate dialogue with managers to build a culture of inclusiveness and support. She is also a mentor for various mentorship programs, including Liberty’s MBA rise program to provide mentorship and support to pre-MBA women. Lin holds a B.A in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and her MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
