Beth Carlson
Beth Carlson is vice president of global talent development for Raytheon Company. She brings more than 30 years of experience to this role. Raytheon Company (NYSE: RTN), with 2013 sales of $24 billion and 63,000 employees worldwide, is a technology and innovation leader specializing in defense, security and civil markets throughout the world. Carlson is responsible for Raytheon’s overall integrated talent development and learning strategy to align and drive development of our internal talent. Before joining Raytheon, Carlson served as vice president of talent management and development for Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance. She previously held the same role at The Hartford Financial Services Group, Inc., wherein she led strategic and integrated talent management initiatives. In addition to her strong human resources background, Carlson has extensive leadership experience in claims, underwriting, compliance and customer reporting. She holds a B.S. in psychology and an M.S. in clinical psychology, both earned at Connecticut College. @raytheon
