Blythe Berents
BLYTHE BERENTS is a dual employee of Bank of America (BofA) and Merrill, as a financial solutions advisor, which allows her to work with clients on their financial and life priorities using solutions offered by Merill’s consumer banking or investments. She has her Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®) from the College for Financial Planning. Her career began on Wall Street working with institutional clients at Legg Mason, Morgan Stanley, and Hambrecht & Quist. She took a break in her career, traveled the world, and eventually moved to Ghana, where she worked with refugees who fled civil wars in Liberia, Sierra Leone, The Congo, and genocide in Rwanda. She conducts financial literacy seminars through her role as a better money habits champion with BofA and is a member of the Bank’s Military Support & Assistant Group (MSAG). She received a B.A. in economics at Boston University.
