Bridget Hindle

Bridget Hindle is a senior vice president and the director of corporate learning, knowledge and development at Santander. She is affiliated with numerous organizations including the Massachusetts Business Roundtable, UMASS Center for Social Policy and Emerging Leaders Program, Urban League of Eastern Massachusetts, YMCA Training Inc., The Partnership and ALPFA- Building Latino Leaders. She is an advocate for women in her community and organization through her efforts in leading the Santander Women’s Mentor Program and engaging in initiatives such as 2020 Women on Boards, ALPFA Boston Latina Mentor Program and the Massachusetts Women’s Conference. Hindle is a past recipient of Santander’s Chairman’s award and prestigious Executive Leadership award. She brings over 10 years of experience in human resources and adult education. Hindle is passionate about learning, diversity, inclusion and community outreach and is on a mission to have every Santander team member reach their true potential.
