Brooke M. B. Bass

BROOKE M. B. BASS is the senior vice president and manager, property field operations for global retail markets US claims with Liberty Mutual Insurance.  She leads a department of over sixteen hundred professionals that handle property claims and provide our customers peace of mind when they need it most. Bass began her career with Liberty Mutual after graduating from the Tuck School of Business in 2004, as a consultant in corporate strategy and research.  In 2007 she joined the personal insurance SBU in claims, as an assistant vice president and assistant claims product manager.  She rejoined CS&R in February 2012 as VP and manager of the department before taking her current role in July of 2017.  Bass served as the co-chair of the Employee Experience and Culture Committee of the Women’s Employee Resource Group for three years and is an executive advisor to participants in the Corporate Development Program. Previously, Bass was a consultant with Answerthink, Inc. Bass earned a BS in environmental engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. She obtained her CPCU designation in 2007. She has also been a fund-raiser for, and member of the development committee of Room to Grow.  She is an avid supporter of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.  @libertymutual
