CASSIE ROACH is global vice president of cloud and AI infrastructure partner sales. Roach is responsible for driving Cisco’s partner artificial intelligence (AI) strategy. She strengthens and enables Cisco’s global ecosystem of partners to unify and scale cloud and AI routes to market. Roach’s organization is focused on accelerating partners’ growth opportunities and achieving customer outcomes by delivering data center networking, cloud, and compute technology via software and solutions. Together, Cisco and our partners will support our customers on their AI journey—from identifying the right solutions for their business needs to accelerating their adoption of AI and achieving business outcomes. Roach’s role builds on her extensive experience developing global sales models that empower customers to leverage the power of emerging technology. Previously, as global vice president of sales, acceleration & action office, Roach led the go-to-market strategies for AI, sustainability, and market access. She is known for developing global strategy and collaborate across geographies for effective local execution. Roach is an advocate of Cisco’s purpose to power an inclusive future for all. She is a champion for diversity, equity, and inclusion and is skilled at building high-performing teams and cultivating future leaders. Within Cisco, Cassie is an executive sponsor for the country of Indonesia, the City and County of Denver, and a regional executive sponsor for the Women of Cisco network. Her educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in political and social science from Michigan State University and she attended the Executive Education Program at Harvard Business School.
