DAVE WRIGHT is the sales leader for Cisco’s global customer success Americas virtual sales organization for U.S. services sales – commercial, enterprise, public sector and service provider. He led the foundational work for Cisco’s end-to-end customer engagement model for annuities in the global customer success. With 35 years of IT industry experience, Wright is uniquely qualified to help deliver business outcomes from IT solutions. He has earned the reputation for leading large-scale businesses, driving significant results and overachievement during his tenure as a leader at Cisco. Wright is passionate about aligning business strategy and guiding his team members in the development of their Cisco careers. Wright earned a B.S. in marketing from Wright State University and an M.B.A. finance concentration from Xavier University. @cisco
