DOROTHY BARR serves as the senior vice president, manufacturing and technical operations at Lantheus. In this role she is accountable for safety, quality, service, cost, and people management for 225+ employees across two manufacturing facilities delivering sustained security of supply and best in class On-Time-In-Full performance. She is a passionate champion of visual performance management and lean principles to sustain business continuity across complex global manufacturing and supply chain operations. Prior to joining Lantheus, she served as VP, supply chain at T2 Biosystems. Prior to that she spent twenty-two years at Haemonetics Corporation in roles of increasing responsibility leading global manufacturing and supply operations. Barr has a BA in economics from Framingham State University and an MBA from Babson College. Barr and her husband Jeff live in Medway, MA with their two sons. She is guided by the philosophy that “every day brings an opportunity to make a positive difference”.
