DR. TINA OPIE, Ph.D, is an organizational expert. She is the chief vision officer of Opie Consulting Group LLC, the founder of Shared Sisterhood (TM), a visiting scholar at Harvard Business School, and an associate professor of management at Babson College, teaching organizational behavior courses.
