ELSA KINGSBURY is a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Hologic and brings over 10 years of recruiting and sales experience. She has recruited for a wide range of positions and industries. From high volume, call-center type roles in higher education, to sales/marketing, communications, clinical lab and manufacturing operations in med device.
 
As a recruiter, she gets to meet amazing individuals and learn about what they do, but what she enjoys the most is making a difference in their life by being with them, step-by-step, through their journey of starting their dream job.
 
Elsa was born in Guadalajara, Mexico and moved to California at the age of 14. Outside of work, you will find her at a softball or baseball field cheering on her son (5) and daughter (9), or volunteering with her daughter’s Girl Scout troop.
