Erica Faulkner

ERICA FAULKNER is the senior manager, NA business solutions at Johnson & Johnson. She is a disability advocate and human resources leader. Faulkner has over 25-years of human resources experience, 16 of those years have been spent at Johnson & Johnson. At Johnson & Johnson, she created the global employee resource group for disabilities, the Alliance for Diverse Abilities. Faulkner received Johnson & Johnson’s inaugural Diverse Abilities Leadership Award in 2019 for establishing the coalition. The Alliance for Diverse Abilities has grown into one of the largest and most successful employee resources groups at Johnsons & Johnson, with nearly 100 chapters in nearly 50 countries. Faulkner is a graduate of Union College in New York, where she is also an active volunteer, and holds a Professional in Human Resources® certificate from the HR Certification Institute®. @jnjnews
