Erika Strandell

Erika Strandell is director of global service provider services solutions management for Cisco. She leads services solutions development, serving Cisco’s global service provider customers.  Strandell brings a 360-degree perspective to the challenges and opportunities facing Cisco’s customer base with previous roles in Cisco sales and support, within service providers in new product development, and as an industry process and systems consultant.  Through leadership values Strandell highlights the importance of innovation and market agility to guide both functional and team development, and advocates for diversity of professional leadership development experiences to enable a broad viewpoint. @cisco
