Greg Gale

GREG GALE is the director of diversity and inclusion at Liberty Mutual Insurance.  A designer and leader of diversity and inclusion initiatives, he brings 25 years of experience to Liberty Mutual from both the public and private sectors.  Gale is deeply committed to workplace inclusion, building diverse and productive teams, and engaging others in their learning journey around difference.  He is eager to develop Liberty’s capabilities for and serving diverse customers and attracting and retaining talented people of all backgrounds. Gale will be designing future training programs, looking at potential ERG’s for veterans and people with disabilities, developing strategy for international DI efforts and engaging men at all levels of the company. @libertymutual
