Jane Carpenter

JANE CARPENTER is the global head of communications at Wayfair, leading their global public relations and corporate communications. In 2014, she directed the company’s communications strategy for their high profile IPO. Carpenter’s team was recognized by PRWeek as one of the best places to work in PR and as the recipient of numerous Bell Ringer awards. Carpenter began her career in public relations at Schwartz Communications (MSLGroup) and led the consumer engagement practice at PAN Communications. She serves on the board of directors for Big Sister Association of Greater Boston and is an active member in the PR Club of New England. Additionally, she was recognized by PRWeek as a member of the 2016 PRWeek Hall of Femme, honoring trailblazers in the communications industry.  She earned her M.S. in public relations from Boston University’s College of Communications and holds a B.S. in russian Studies from the University of Virginia.
