JENNIFER FARMER is vice president, global diversity and inclusion for Thermo Fisher Scientific. Jennifer leads Thermo Fisher’s global diversity and inclusion (D&I) strategy, working closely with company leaders and key stakeholders to advance diversity, inclusion, equity, and belonging. She is focused on driving sustainable change, helping remove barriers to inclusion throughout the colleague lifecycle. She is committed to developing and implementing diversity and inclusion strategies that fuel innovation and company success by leveraging the diverse backgrounds and perspectives of colleagues around the world. Prior to joining Thermo Fisher, Jennifer held roles at Northrop Grumman Corporation, Pfizer, and Bristol-Myers Squibb. @thermofisher
