JENNIFER NICHOLSON is vice president and manager of enterprise programs and innovation in the office of purpose and diversity, equity and inclusion at Liberty Mutual Insurance. This team is an influential and strategic partner in shaping the culture and profitability of Liberty Mutual through the development and implementation of programs. Nicholson says, “Employees who thrive are employees who drive business results”. In 2015, Nicholson started out as a trusted advisor to the business in her role as corporate counsel in the litigation department, and later became a strategic partner to the business as the leader of a talent acquisition team bringing in top talent to the organization. In 2018-2020 Nicholson also served as the national co-chair of Liberty Employees of African Descent and Allies (LEADA), a Liberty Employee Resource Groups. Outside of the office, Nicholson serves as a board of director for the Elizabeth Stone House which provides resources for survivors of domestic violence and their families.
