JESSICA ANSELMI brings 15 years of cross-functional leadership experience to her role at Klaviyo, where she serves as senior director GTM strategy & programs. Throughout her career, navigating through change has been a constant — prior to Klaviyo, she served in a variety of marketing leadership roles at three different high growth DTC start-ups — Trade Coffee, Leap and The Sill – that successfully disrupted established categories. However, Anselmi laid the foundation for her career and passion for change management at Dunkin’ Brands and Panera Bread, where she held senior category management and innovation roles. There, she played an integral role in the go-to-market process for both brands’ reimagined coffee programs across thousands of restaurants, resulting in new product lines such as Cold Brew and Frozen Coffee. In her time at both venture-backed upstarts and $1B+ global companies, she’s been told her superpower is bringing chaos to order and confusion to clarity. A Boston native, she’s attended nearly a dozen MA Conference for Women events.
