Jessica Baker
Jessica Baker is co-founder and vice president of programming for The Respect Institute, where she leads the development of programming and trainings for youth influencers. Baker has more than 10 years of proven success in the fields of youth development, project management, community outreach, team building, fundraising and event planning. She has engaged in extensive volunteer work that has included empowering at-risk youth locally in the California Bay Area and internationally in Zambia, Africa. She has lead Respect Institute programs for thousands of youth, young adults and youth influencers, including organizations such as American Association of University Women, the National Charity League, Planned Parenthood, YPO-WPO and universities and schools nationwide. Baker has a Masters degree in educational counseling and carries a Pupil Personnel Services Credential.
