JESSICA GREGORY is a senior manager of new product supply chain at DePuy Synthes, a Johnson & Johnson company. She is responsible for building global supply chains to support the manufacturing and distribution of orthopedic medical devices. She has spent her career within the medical device industry in a variety of roles at Johnson & Johnson from microbiology to quality to various supply chain roles. She thrives on building and developing teams and leaders who work collaboratively across the organization with the goal of never missing a surgical case. Additionally, she is a co-lead for the WiSTEM2D ERG (Women in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, Manufacturing and Design) University Pillar within the New England region to support and inspire women’s representation in STEM2D fields.
