Jill Larsen

JILL LARSEN is vice president of talent acquisition, people planning and services HR at Cisco. Over the last two years, she has transformed Cisco’s talent acquisition team and aligned them to Cisco’s vision by implementing next generation recruiting and sourcing initiatives. Her charter has recently been expanded to include workforce planning. Larsen also runs HR for Cisco’s professional services organization, a 13,000 person organization generating over $12 billion in revenues for Cisco. Throughout her career, Larsen has been focused on bringing innovative approaches to HR. Prior to joining Cisco, she worked at EMC in multiple HR roles including, VP of HR strategy and operations and CHRO for RSA, the security division of EMC. Prior to EMC, she held global VP HR positions at SunGard in both the public sector and financial services divisions, where she was employed for seven years.  She has held HR and TA leadership roles in Fortune 500, consulting, and start-up organizations. Larsen earned a B.A. in communications and English from Boston College, and an M.S. in HR management from Emmanuel College.  She also earned her PHR designation and a certificate in HR management from Bentley University. @cisco
