Jill Larsen
Jill Larsen leads Cisco’s global staffing, University relations and inclusion and diversity efforts with oversight for a team of roughly 350 employees and an annual budget of $70 million. Prior to Cisco, Larsen was vice president of human resources strategy and operations at EMC. Larsen’s accomplishments include building a global HR business partner organization, M&A due diligence and integration, as well as creating the leadership development and diversity and inclusion functions. Larsen’s positive impact was experienced through her help bringing programs such as Leadership Edge and the Women’s Leadership Forum to the RSA community. Larsen is an active public speaker, with recent speaking engagements at the MA Conference for Women, the Executive Women’s Forum, RSA Conference and Working Mothers Media Leadership Summit. She is active in her community as a board member for the Parents Advisory Council. Larsen earned a B.A. in communications and English from Boston College, and an M.A. in HR management from Emmanuel College with summa cum laude distinction. She also won the prestigious Academic Excellence award from Emmanuel. Larsen also has her PHR designation and a Certificate in HR Management from Bentley University.
