Judy A. Durkin
JUDY A. DURKIN is vice president of financial planning and analysis at Raytheon Company. Raytheon Company (NYSE: RTN), with 2017 sales of $25B and 64,000 employees, is a technology and innovation leader specializing in defense, civil government and cybersecurity solutions. Durkin has more than thirty five years of experience within the defense industry. She joined Raytheon as a member of the Financial Leadership Development program. Today she leads that program, serving as a mentor for its participants and for other employees across the company. She also is a mentor as part of the American Corporate Partners Organization, mentoring veterans who are transitioning into a civilian career. Additionally, Durkin leads the company’s Finance Learning Program, and personally instructs courses each year. Durkin is the senior leader advisor for Raytheon Women’s Network (RWN), and served as vice president of the Global Women’s Network for Raytheon in 2010 and 2011. She led the company’s diversity council for corporate employees from 2009 to 2013. In 2013, Durkin was named to Diversity Journal’s Women Worth Watching list. She is currently a member of the Women in Defense Greater Boston Chapter.
