Julia Kirby is editor at large at Harvard Business Review, a role that allows her to source and develop content on any topic of interest to managerial readers. She produces articles for HBR’s flagship magazine, books for Harvard Business Review Press and blog posts for www.hbr.org. Across thirteen years with HBR, she has helped hundreds of expert authors present their ideas clearly and compellingly, on a wide range of topics. The issues facing executive women have been a particular focus of her work.
