JUSTINE LEVIN-ALLERHAND, PhD, is a senior partner at Flagship Pioneering, a life sciences venture-creation company that has launched more than 100 scientific enterprises, including Moderna, Seres Therapeutics, and YourBio Health. She works closely with founder and CEO Noubar Afeyan to advance strategic priorities, including identification of, and engagement with, existing and potential board members for Flagship-founded companies. A scientist by training, Levin-Allerhand previously served as executive vice president of development, business, and external relations at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard, overseeing philanthropic and industry partnerships, government relations, and communications. Levin-Allerhand graduated magna cum laude from Barnard College and received her PhD from Rockefeller University.
