Karoline Lariviere

KAROLINE LARIVIERE is the senior vice president of Human Resources (HR) at Fresenius Medical Care and the global leader in renal therapies, with 30+ years of experience in many best-in-class companies.  Lariviere spent several years at EMC/Dell in various leadership positions, fine tuning her HR and influencing skills, led HR efforts for a global business revitalization of Hewlett-Packard’s software organization, and led HR through a go-to-market transformation at Philips. At Fresenius, Lariviere is responsible for five product businesses, ten functions, and leads HR. She recently led the global HR efforts for a two billion dollar acquisition that will help position FMCNA as the leader in home therapies. She is known for her business acumen, building high performing teams, and mentoring women within the company. She holds a BS from Bryant University and will earn her executive master degree from Cornell University in July 2020.
