Kate Dei Cas

KATE DEI CAS is the SVP for the delivery systems & services business within EMD Electronics. Leveraging the lessons learned from 20 years in the semiconductor industry and an unrelenting passion for empowering people, Dei Cas advocates for inclusive work environments that unlock everyone’s potential. Her commitment to helping others extends to her community where she serves as a volunteer for local non-profit organizations. She is a mother of three teenage boys that play ice hockey and lacrosse. Dei Cas holds a BS in chemical engineering from Bucknell University – where she was Captain of the Track team – and a MBA from Arizona State University.
