KIM PERETTI is the chief customer officer at Klaviyo, the company that powers smarter digital relationships. She leads all customer success, support, and education functions at the organization. Peretti is an expert in scaling with the customer in mind and has focused her career on building foundational systems, processes, and teams that set the stage for hyper-growth and customer demand. Prior to Klaviyo, Peretti served as DocuSign’s Group vice president of customer success, where she developed, executed, and delivered comprehensive customer success programs. With experience in leadership roles at Adobe, Qlik, and Symantec. A Massachusetts native, Peretti spends time between the Bay Area and Greater Boston, where she lives with her husband. Kim has two adult children and a rescue dog named Vinny. She admires women like Ruth Bader Ginsberg, Mamie Till-Mobley, and her grandmother Anna Shanley who was well ahead of her time balancing work and 8 children.
