Kimberly Steimle Vaughan
Kimberly Steimle Vaughan is the chief marketing officer and chief people officer at Suffolk Construction. Vaughan also serves on Suffolk’s executive management team. Vaughan serves on the board of directors for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston, which is committed to supporting the organization’s mission to help young people build strong character and realize their full potential as responsible citizens. She serves on the executive committee of the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce and also serves of the board of trustees of Milton Academy and on the board of directors for the American Red Cross of Eastern Massachusetts. Vaughan has previously led the organizational efforts for numerous other causes on behalf of Suffolk Construction and CEO John Fish, including the Inner-City Scholarship Fund, the American Red Cross, Presidents at Pops for the Boston Symphony Orchestra, National Conference for Community and Justice (NCCJ), Anti-Defamation League “Torch of Liberty” awards dinner, and the Initiative for a Competitive Inner City (ICIC). Vaughan was recently named one of Banker & Tradesman’s “Women of FIRE,” and as a “New Leader” in 2008. She was honored as one of the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce’s 2012 recipients of the Ten Outstanding Young Leaders (TOYL) awards. In 2008, she received the prestigious Pinnacle award presented annually by the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce. In 2006, she was ranked on the Boston Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” list. Vaughan earned a B.A. from Holy Cross.
