KRISTIN LONGOBARDI is the vice president of R&D quality and strategic operations for Biogen. She has spent her career within the biotech and pharma industry and 24 years of that within a variety of roles at Biogen, from finance to R&D. Her background in biology, coupled with an MBA, has positioned her well for leading quality and strategic operations within R&D. Kristin has been instrumental in leading operating model renovations, process excellence, strategic relationship management, and business continuity.
