KRISTY LILAS is vice president of diversity, inclusion and belonging at GoDaddy. Lilas is responsible for implementing holistic, integrated and equitable programs that allow GoDaddy employees and customers to continue to feel empowered and supported – furthering the business’ mission of making “opportunity more inclusive for all.” Lilas combines an educational and personal background in social justice topics with corporate experience in strategy and operations to drive meaningful change. Prior to joining GoDaddy in April 2022, Lilas worked at Cengage – a global Ed Tech company – for six years with the most recent role of senior director, inclusion, and diversity in the Office of the CEO. Lilas earned a BA in English with a concentration in Women’s Studies from Vassar College.
