Laura Cooley Johnson

LAURA COOLEY JOHNSON is the chief people officer at Bose, overseeing the company’s global human resources function, including talent acquisition, talent management, diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, and internal communications. Cooley Johnson joined Bose in 2022 with over 20 years of experience. Previously, Cooley Johnson was the SVP of Corporate HR for the TJX Companies. At TJX, she led a team of HR professionals providing support to numerous corporate functions in the U.S. and internationally. In addition, Cooley Johnson serves as the vice president of the Alumni Board for Harvard Student Agencies (HSA), is a member of the Board of Directors for HSA’s The Harvard Shop, and serves as a Board of Trustees member for the Fenn School in Concord, MA. Cooley Johnson holds a bachelor’s degree in German language and literature from Harvard University and an MBA from the Johnson School at Cornell University.
