Lauren Gohde

LAUREN GOHDE is the head of organizational effectiveness at Philips. Lauren joined Philips in 2008 and has successfully held roles of increased responsibility and impact within the HR organization. Lauren brings great knowledge and passion on the topic of inclusion and diversity, having designed and executed upon Philips’ I&D work globally, building a strategy that was founded on external benchmarks and best practices. As the head of inclusion and diversity for North America, Gohde guided the development of inclusion and diversity strategies and actions for the North American market demonstrating how I&D can positively impact business results and employee engagement.
