Lee-Ann Hensin

LEE-ANN HENSIN is the senior director of operations at Johnson and Johnson MedTech. Hensin has over 20 years of experience and has held roles in the MedTech and bio-tech industries across a variety of functions including operations, source, quality and technical operations. Her career has focused on continuous improvement, business excellence, and financial results working cross-functionally, to improve and mitigate legacy systems for efficiency and alignment to current standards. She joined Johnson & Johnson MedTech in 2018 and has held positions in quality assurance and most recently as plant leader of two orthopedic manufacturing facilities in Raynham and Bridgewater, MA. She is active in employee resource groups including sponsoring WLI (Women’s Leadership Initiative) and is an active ally and leader for Women in Supply Chain. She is dedicated to ensuring female inclusion, empowerment, and talent development are prioritized within the supply chain organization. Hensin received a BS in financial management from Clemson University.
