Lisa Costantino

Lisa Costantino is chief financial officer at EMD Serono, Inc. where her responsibilities include the oversight and strategic direction-setting of the financial framework within the U.S. organization. In addition, she is responsible for collaborating with global functions in finance and controlling, tax, accounting and procurement and information services (IS), including the corporate information service center infrastructure. She joined EMD Serono, Inc. in 1983 and has held financial positions of increasing responsibility including accountant, analyst, project leader, controller, director and vice president.  In July 2010, Costantino received the CFO of the Year award by Boston Business Journal. The Journal pointed out her 27 year tenure with EMD Serono and her success in harmonizing “the best of both worlds” following the acquisition of Serono by Merck KGaA. Costantino graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a B.S. in accounting, and her M.B.A. from Suffolk University. @EMDSERONO
