DR. LISA DAMOUR is recognized as a thought leader by the American Psychological Association for her work on stress and anxiety. She is a sought-after speaker on mental health, psychological well-being, the challenges faced by girls and women, and adolescence. Damour serves as a regular contributor to CBS News and a senior advisor to the Schubert Center for Child Studies at Case Western Reserve University. In addition to writing a monthly column for the New York Times, Damour is the author of two New York Times bestsellers, Untangled and Under Pressure, which have been translated into seventeen languages.
