Lisa Welker-Finney

LISA WELKER-FINNEY is the vice president of human resources for Boston Scientific neuromodulation division. During the last year, she expanded her responsibilities through membership on the top-level company global COVID recovery team and designed and launched a full WellBeing site within 10 days of transferring employees to work at home. She has worked for a variety of Fortune 100 companies including WellPoint/Anthem, TransAmerica, Aetna, Prudential, and Litton. In various leadership roles at these companies her responsibilities included large scale organizational transformations, culture development, talent strategies, and the design and management of an integrated talent management and succession planning system; winning a Catalyst Award for Excellence. She has participated in over twenty mergers and acquisitions focusing on organizational culture assessment, integration and large-scale change management implementations. She leads the Nationally Acclaimed Bridge to the Future Program for Black High School Students in Santa Clarita Valley. @bostonsci
