Loi Sessions Goulet

LOI SESSIONS GOULET leads the research team at TripAdvisor. After establishing the research function as a team of one, she is now building out a team to uncover insights to help drive product and marketing for TripAdvisor. Prior to TripAdvisor, she worked at Facebook – first as a UX researcher, and then as manager of the pages research team. Goulet earned a PhD in communication from the University of Pennsylvania, and BA in sociology from Tufts University. Her research on new media and community appears in peer-reviewed journals, and she has taught courses on this subject at UC Berkeley and the University of Pennsylvania. @tripadvisor
