MARIA JOSÉ TOBIAS is the leader on the people experience team ,focused on connecting with employees through surveys and focus groups to learn first-hand what matters most about working at Liberty so they can enhance our employee’s experience and foster a sense of belonging and pride of working here. Since joining Liberty in 2005, Tobias has held several leadership roles including executive advisor to the global human resources model transformation, regional talent officer for global retail markets East/West, chief talent officer for Liberty International and HR & enterprise services director (Liberty Seguros, Spain). Prior to Liberty, Tobias held leadership roles in Banesto, Seagram and Telepizza. She has a degree in education (Escuni University School), in industrial psychology (Madrid Complutense University), and masters in human resources (Chamber of Commerce of Madrid).
