Mariana Mcquattie

MARIANA MCQUATTIE is the senior vice president grooming North America at Gillette. Mcquattie was born in Caracas, Venezuela. Since 1997, she has experience across P&Gs broad portfolio of brands and has held leadership positions in most of P&Gs beauty, grooming and personal care categories in the region, including Venezuela, Panama and the United States. Mcquattie was appointed, in 2018, senior vice president grooming & oral care Latin America, later in 2020 beauty care Latin America was added to her responsibilities. In 2021, she was appointed senior vice president grooming North America leading the biggest grooming brands in the world-Gillette, Venus, Braun, and The Art of Shaving. Mcquattie is passionate about the organization and loves coaching and developing the next generation of P&Gers. She is also a champion of equality and inclusion and has led and sponsored the Latin America E&I corporate chapter. She actively represented P&G in the Panama Gender Equality National Council.
