MARISSA POOLE is US GM of dermatology, respiratory, and gastroenterology at Sanofi. Poole has built her career in the pharma industry and held roles in clinical development, commercial, medical affairs and general management, in Australia, Canada, and US. The last 20 years have been spent with Sanofi Specialty Care where Poole has been pivotal in the development and launch of transformative medicines in oncology, transplant, rare disease, neurology, and immunology. Poole is actively involved in furthering Sanofi’s DEI ambition, building diverse teams, and fostering a culture of inclusion. Married with three children, a lover of dogs, and running, Poole holds degrees in pharmacology and law from the University of Sydney.
