Molly Flick

MOLLY FLICK is the vice president, North America services, unity lab services with Thermo Fisher Scientific.  She has over 15 year of senior management experience with Thermo Fisher Scientific. Her global leadership roles in three of the company’s five brands, Fisher Scientific, Thermo Scientific and Unity Lab Services, have spanned functional oversight of marketing, sales, field service operations, and business integration management teams. Currently, she oversees a team of over 1,200 service professionals and owns P&L responsibility for field service delivery activities in North America. Throughout her career, Flick has advocated a culture of continuous improvement training and practical application with her teams.  She is a champion for the customer, having served on Thermo Fisher Scientific’s customer experience steering committee, and is actively involved in women leadership development within business and our local communities in the Northeast through Thermo Fisher Scientific’s Women Employee Resource Groups and Strong Women Strong Girls partnership. Flick has a B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh, and loves traveling to anywhere new. @thermofisher
