Monica Manotas

MONICA MANOTAS has more than 20 years of experience in operations, finance, M&A, and general management. During her 21-year tenure at Thermo Fisher Scientific, she has led business transformations, integrations, divestitures, and market entries in both North America and Europe. Prior to her current role as group president/SVP life sciences and laboratory products group, she was president of the laboratory products division, and prior to that she led the research and safety market Europe division within the customer channels group. Manotas holds an industrial engineering degree from the Universidad del Norte in Columbia, as well as an MBA from the University of Rochester.
