Pamela Paton
Pamela Paton is a senior vice president of State Street Corporation and chief administration officer for the company’s Corporate Development and Global Relationship Management group. During her 29-year career with State Street, Paton has held roles of increasing responsibility in a wide range of business line, technology, client-support and sales functions. Paton continues to balance her professional obligations with her commitment to community and nonprofit activities. In 2001 and 2002, she chaired two of the most successful State Street United Way Campaigns, raising more than $2 million each year, and is on the advisory board for the State Street Global Giving Campaign. Paton has chaired State Street’s Professional Women’s Network for the past seven years, taking it from an Eastern Massachusetts start-up to a global network, increasing membership to hundreds of women at all levels across the globe. Paton’s personal story was featured in Catherine Kaputa’s latest book, “The Female Brand – Using the Female Mindset to Succeed in Business.” Paton serves on the board of directors of Common Impact, and is chair of the STEP Advisory Committee.
