Reihaneh Irani-Famili
REIHANEH IRANI-FAMILI is a vice president of business readiness and design at National Grid. In this role, she is responsible for change management and operating model design of a large scale transformation. She has worked in the energy industry for over 15 years, most of which in the oil and gas industry in Canada. Irani-Famili started out as a process engineer and later took on multiple leadership roles where she has designed and led strategic initiatives. She takes pride in helping organizations realize value and achieve results which led her to National Grid earlier this year. She earned an M.B.A. and M.Sc. in chemical engineering from University of Calgary Alberta Canada and a B.Sc. in chemical engineering from Tehran University. @nationalgridus
