Sabina Nawaz
SABINA NAWAZ is CEO and founder of Nawaz Consulting. She is a renowned leadership coach who has advised hundreds of C-level executives in Fortune 500 corporations, government, nonprofits and academia in 26 countries. Nawaz’s custom coaching programs have helped CEOs at companies worth more than $100 billion in market capitalization find the courage to drive change in their organizations. She has coached and trained leaders at Microsoft, Northeastern University, Harvey Mudd College, UC San Diego, Broadcom, Net App, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and many other organizations. Before starting her leadership coaching business in 2005, Nawaz worked for 14 years at Microsoft, starting in software development and culminating in an executive HR role. She led Microsoft’s management, executive development and succession planning framework for over 11,000 managers and 700 executives. She has spoken at dozens of seminars and conferences, including the Smith College Women’s Leadership Conference and Women in Technology International.
