Simon Sinek
SIMON SINEK is an unshakable optimist. He believes in a bright future and our ability to build it together. Described as “a visionary thinker with a rare intellect,” Sinek teaches leaders and organizations how to inspire people. He may be best known for popularizing the concept of WHY in his first TED Talk in 2009, which rose to become one of the most watched TED talks of all time, with over forty three million views, and subtitled in forty eight languages. He is the author of multiple best-selling books, including the global best-seller Start With Why, which sold over one million books in the US alone. Other credits include The New York Times and Wall Street Journal best-sellers Leaders Eat Last, and Together is Better, and Find Your Why. His latest book, The Infinite Game, was just released. Sinek’s interview on Millennials in the workplace broke the Internet in 2016, garnering over two hundred million views in the first month, and led to Sinek being YouTube’s fifth most searched term in 2017. Sinek is an adjunct staff member of the RAND Corporation, and is active in the arts and in the non-for-profit world (which he prefers to call the for-impact world). @simonsinek
