Stephanie Pittman

Stephanie Pittman is the vice president of human resources at Boston Scientific, a global provider of innovative medical solutions that improve the health of patients around the world.   She has a dual role as senior HR business partner for the global operations, quality and research and development organizations and also leads the global HR operations function which includes HR shared services, continuous improvement programs for HR, HR project portfolio management and HR analytics and workforce planning.  Pittman has been with Boston Scientific for four years. Prior to joining Boston Scientific, she worked as a business transformation consultant for two years and spent 13 years at The New York Times Companies where she held a variety of divisional and corporate roles in human resources, finance, information technology, project management and business transformation.    Pittman earned a B.S. from Syracuse University, a J.D. from Suffolk University School of Law and an M.B.A. from the Sawyer School of Management at Suffolk. @bostonsci
